Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed with Casavora Vault at this website. Casavora Vault is an online retailer based in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Placing an order

Completing checkout places an offer. Our confirmation email is the acceptance. If we then find the item is not available, you hear from us and get a full refund – the Cancellation policy covers the timing.

Product information

Each listing is written from what we can actually confirm about that item. If a measurement or material is missing from a product page, that is deliberate – an unconfirmed spec is left out rather than guessed at. Photographs are representative, and colour renders differently screen to screen. Unsure whether something fits your use? Pricing

All figures are in Indian Rupees and subject to change. Your order is governed by the price shown at confirmation. Where a listing is directly mispriced we get in touch before dispatching rather than fulfilling at an incorrect figure.

Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards. Details on the Payment policy.

Delivery

Estimates, charges and the free-delivery threshold are on the Shipping policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns

Window, condition and refund timelines are on the Return and refund policy. Casavora Vault does not offer a direct exchange.

Warranty

We add no warranty of our own on top of what a product carries. A warranty stated on a product page applies per its terms; Casavora Vault does not extend or replace it.

On tax

A note on tax, because it comes up. Casavora Vault is not registered for GST – turnover sits below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not currently apply. In real terms that means GST is not charged separately, and no GST tax invoice with a GSTIN can be issued. What you see on the product page is the price of the goods; delivery charges, where they apply, appear before checkout is completed.

Dye lots and cut lengths

Fabric and yarn are produced in dye lots and shade varies between them. Buy enough for a whole project in one order where colour matching matters. Cut lengths are not returnable.

Use of this website

Site content belongs to Casavora Vault or is used with the owner permission. Commercial reuse is not permitted without asking. Interfering with the site or placing fraudulent orders is not either.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

Indian law governs, and the statutes most relevant here are the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and the applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction.

Orders should be placed by someone aged 18 or over, or with the consent of a parent or guardian.

If a term is unenforceable

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. One clause failing does not void the rest.
